This 2-storied and 2-room resort style villa named Lanna Country Villa was designed by Chulathat Kittibutr, a famous Chiang Mai based, award-winning (Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai) top Thai architect specializing in northern Thai "modern Lanna" style design. Total area 96 sq meter (315 sq ft), 48 sq meter ( 157.5 sq ft) on each floor,
excluding a 32 sq meter (105 sq ft) open air terrace on the upper floor (see design plan). It is fully furnished in a very comfortable tropical style with modern amenities and facilities including
air-conditioners, microwave, satellite TV, personal computer with broadband/WiFi Internet access, and decorated with original paintings, art photography and artworks of contemporary Southeast Asian artists.
This is not a traditional time-sharing program with international networks which allows for re-selling that usually commands several times higher subscription fee. This is a stand-alone program but subscriptions are transferable. Each participating member owner will be allocated for 30 days in a year to use the full facilities. Each
member can share the facilities with a maximum of 3 other family members or 3 friends for a maximum of 3 visits per year staying no more than 30 days in total for each calendar year and subject to availability. Recommended advance booking of 3 weeks is advisable.
Subscriptions must be formalized with full payment and a legal agreement signed between the subscriber and the project owner.
